We have a pretty good track record of passing inspections, but things happen, codes or processes change and we adapt accordingly. In most cases, the city or utility company will alert us to the specific reason for the failed inspection – it is usually a minor fix. We will address whatever the issue may be in a timely fashion and coordinate with the city/utility to reschedule and complete the inspection process.
